Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYZL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA5, MIR3661, and RNU1-115P. Each is linked with LYZL6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZL6-to-partner and partner-to-LYZL6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPACA5 grouped by LYZL6-low versus LYZL6-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYZL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYZL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
