Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, RN7SL248P, and TTTY2. Each is linked with LYZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYZ-to-partner and partner-to-LYZ results are reported.
