Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,852 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYST-associated genes across cancer lineages are PBK, CDCA2, and GINS3. Each is linked with LYST in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYST-to-partner and partner-to-LYST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PBK grouped by LYST-low versus LYST-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYST→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
