Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,419 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYST-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDEM1, KHDC3L, and ARL5C. Each is linked with LYST in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYST-to-partner and partner-to-LYST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EDEM1 grouped by LYST-low versus LYST-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYST→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
