LYSMD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYSMD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 373 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, MIR6853, and MIR6089. Each is linked with LYSMD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by LYSMD1-low versus LYSMD1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYSMD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYSMD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
