Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYSMD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,392 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYSMD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle budding from membrane, Detoxification of copper ion, and Stress response to copper ion. Each is linked with LYSMD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYSMD1-to-partner and partner-to-LYSMD1 results are reported.
