The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LYRM9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYRM9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and CHOL are the cancer types where LYRM9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
