LYRM9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,939 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, RPS2, and DDAH1. Each is linked with LYRM9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM9-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYRM9 versus NRDC in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
