Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYRM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPA3, TRIM54, and ZIC5. Each is linked with LYRM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM9-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM9 results are reported.
