Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM9 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with LYRM9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM9-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Erythrocytes grouped by LYRM9-low versus LYRM9-high in UCEC.
