Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYRM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,038 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYRM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PJA2, ERI2, and ZNF181. Each is linked with LYRM7 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYRM7-to-partner and partner-to-LYRM7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYRM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYRM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
