Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYPLA2P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LYPLA2P3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LYPLA2P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYPLA2P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC show a favorable association.
KIRC, PAAD, and TGCT are the cancer types where LYPLA2P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
