LYPLA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPLA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,744 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPLA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GALE, PUM1, and RPS6KA1. Each is linked with LYPLA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPLA2-to-partner and partner-to-LYPLA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYPLA2 versus GALE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPLA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPLA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
