Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LYPD9P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LYPD9P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LYPD9P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LYPD9P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BRCA show a favorable association.
UCEC, KIRP, and UCS are the cancer types where LYPD9P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
