Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LYPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-751P, CRYGGP, and MIR6715A. Each is linked with LYPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD5-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-751P grouped by LYPD5-low versus LYPD5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
