LYPD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYPD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYPD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA3P3, OR2M4, and OR14C36. Each is linked with LYPD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYPD2-to-partner and partner-to-LYPD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYPD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYPD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
