LYN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYBB, ITGB2, and GMIP. Each is linked with LYN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYN-to-partner and partner-to-LYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYN versus CYBB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
