LYN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,688 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCARNA11, RPL12P48, and ENSAP3. Each is linked with LYN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYN-to-partner and partner-to-LYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCARNA11 grouped by LYN-low versus LYN-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
