LYN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LYN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,653 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPK2, NCOA7, and TGS1. Each is linked with LYN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYN-to-partner and partner-to-LYN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LYN versus RIPK2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
