LYG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LYG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,798 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LYG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, ZNF219_S114, and NRF1. Each is linked with LYG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LYG2-to-partner and partner-to-LYG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LYG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LYG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
