LY96

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY96 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,274 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LY96-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, PTPN7, and RENBP. Each is linked with LY96 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY96-to-partner and partner-to-LY96 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LY96 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY96→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY96) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
