Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY6K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LY6K-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, UBE2L2, and TMCC2-AS1. Each is linked with LY6K in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY6K-to-partner and partner-to-LY6K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by LY6K-low versus LY6K-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY6K→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY6K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
