Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LY6H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,570 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LY6H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAMTSL3, SLC24A3-AS1, and TECTA. Each is linked with LY6H in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LY6H-to-partner and partner-to-LY6H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LY6H versus ADAMTSL3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LY6H→partner) and Y-score (partner→LY6H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
