The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LY6G6C mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LY6G6C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.
