LXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LXN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PICALM, CD248, and COL3A1. Each is linked with LXN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LXN-to-partner and partner-to-LXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LXN versus PICALM in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
