Across TCGA cell cohorts, LXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,041 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LXN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Regulation of tolerance induction dependent upon immune response, and Maturation of LSU-rRNA. Each is linked with LXN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LXN-to-partner and partner-to-LXN results are reported.
