LVRN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LVRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,271 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LVRN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C8A, C8B, and C9. Each is linked with LVRN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LVRN-to-partner and partner-to-LVRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LVRN versus C8A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LVRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LVRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
