LVRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LVRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LVRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PCNA, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LVRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LVRN-to-partner and partner-to-LVRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LVRN-low versus LVRN-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LVRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→LVRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
