Across TCGA cell cohorts, LVRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,377 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LVRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular transport, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with LVRN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LVRN-to-partner and partner-to-LVRN results are reported.
