LUZP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,029 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LTBP4, CRMP1, and KANK2. Each is linked with LUZP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP2-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
