Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LUZP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LUZP2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LUZP2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LUZP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LGG show a favorable association.

LUSC, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where LUZP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
