Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCVRN, TMEM159, and TRIM62. Each is linked with LUZP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP2-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP2 results are reported.
