Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,278 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F4, GMDS, and LARP1B. Each is linked with LUZP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP2-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
