Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUZP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUZP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 4E-BP1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with LUZP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUZP2-to-partner and partner-to-LUZP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUZP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUZP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
