LURAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LURAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LURAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPFP1, HSPE1P22, and RNU6-389P. Each is linked with LURAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LURAP1-to-partner and partner-to-LURAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPFP1 grouped by LURAP1-low versus LURAP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LURAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LURAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
