LUCAT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUCAT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUCAT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPO, HK3, and PRTN3. Each is linked with LUCAT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUCAT1-to-partner and partner-to-LUCAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LUCAT1 versus MPO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LUCAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LUCAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
