Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUC7L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LUC7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SL478P, and HNRNPCP9. Each is linked with LUC7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUC7L-to-partner and partner-to-LUC7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by LUC7L-low versus LUC7L-high in UCEC.
