Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LUARIS RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LUARIS data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher LUARIS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LUARIS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and MESO are the cancer types where LUARIS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
