Across TCGA patient cohorts, LUADT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,527 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LUADT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2, P4HA2, and ARVCF. Each is linked with LUADT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LUADT1-to-partner and partner-to-LUADT1 results are reported.
