Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LUADT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LUADT1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher LUADT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LUADT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
CHOL, BLCA, and CESC are the cancer types where LUADT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
