LTV1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTV1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,387 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTV1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIL, MTFR2, and SKA3. Each is linked with LTV1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTV1-to-partner and partner-to-LTV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTV1 versus STIL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
