LTK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,290 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITPKA_S20, FANCI, and MYEF2. Each is linked with LTK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTK-to-partner and partner-to-LTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTK versus ITPKA_S20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
