Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 621 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRB5, MAP3K8, and AICDA. Each is linked with LTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTK-to-partner and partner-to-LTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTK versus LILRB5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
