LTK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 756 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACKR1, FIG4, and FLI1_S79. Each is linked with LTK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTK-to-partner and partner-to-LTK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTK versus ACKR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 1.00.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
