LTC4S

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTC4S RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,015 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTC4S-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, SYNPO2_S363, and MAD2L1. Each is linked with LTC4S in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTC4S-to-partner and partner-to-LTC4S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTC4S→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTC4S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
