Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LTBR-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR218-1, RNA5SP124, and MIR643. Each is linked with LTBR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBR-to-partner and partner-to-LTBR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR218-1 grouped by LTBR-low versus LTBR-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBR→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
