LTBP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,560 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMCD1, LRP1, and LTBP2. Each is linked with LTBP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP3-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBP3 versus LMCD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
