LTBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,717 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM5, PDLIM7, and PLS3. Each is linked with LTBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LTBP1 versus PDLIM5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
