Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,040 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, NALCN, and CNN1. Each is linked with LTBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP1 results are reported.
