LTBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LTBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,025 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXO1, KIF15, and LIN9. Each is linked with LTBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-LTBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EXO1 grouped by LTBP1-low versus LTBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LTBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LTBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
